Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

In that case, Bounty shall make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the data collected is current, complete, and accurate. We will contact you and conduct the necessary verification measures to process your request as part of our security measures. We will notify you after processing your request and implementing the required correction.

Withdrawal of Consent

If you want to withdraw your consent for any or all purposes set out in this policy, you may send your request to customercare@bounty.com.ph Unfortunately, you may withdraw your consent, but we may not be in a position to continue to provide our products and services to you.

Website Visitor under the Age of 18

No one under age eighteen (18) (“Minors”) may provide any Personal Data on the Website. Bounty does not knowingly collect Personal Data from Minors. Therefore, if you are a Minor, please do not use or provide any information about yourself on this Website.
