Oversees the daily operations of layer farm production by coordinating workforce activities, maintaining flock health and welfare, and ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant farm operations. Responsible for planning work schedules, monitoring bird health and egg production, supervising feeding, treatment, sanitation, and facility maintenance, while ensuring adherence to Good Animal Husbandry Practices (GAHP) and Animal Welfare Standards. Collaborates with veterinarians and farm management to optimize productivity, maintain accurate operational records, and support continuous improvement in farm performance. Suitable for graduates of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields, including fresh graduates with a strong interest in layer operations and willingness to be based in San Miguel, Bulacan.
The **Corporate Management Trainee Program (CMTP)** is an **18-month leadership program** for high-potential fresh graduates and early-career professionals. Trainees rotate across Bounty Fresh Group's commercial, corporate, and operations functions, gaining hands-on experience, senior mentorship, and exposure to real business challenges. Graduates of the program are placed in an **Officer-level role**. The program starts **September 2026** and seeks candidates with strong academic performance, leadership experience, communication skills, adaptability, and flexibility to rotate across business units.
Responsible for developing, implementing, and supervising the work processes of agency merchandisers assigned in supermarkets. This role ensures efficient merchandising operations, proper product handling, consistent display standards, and compliance with company quality protocols for fresh chicken products.
