Bounty is a modern food powerhouse: an ecosystem connecting farms, feeds, factories, and restaurants into one forward-moving force. Founded in 1986 as an egg layer farm in Sta. Maria, Bulacan, Bounty has evolved over four decades into one of the region’s premier agro-industrial enterprises and food retailers.
As the Philippines’ premier fully integrated poultry producer, we continuously invest in state-of-the-art facilities across the value chain, including grandparent stock farms, parent stock farms, automated hatcheries, climate-controlled broiler housing, advanced feed mills, and modern processing plants.
Our facilities utilize cutting-edge fresh-air handling systems to maintain strict biosecurity and air purity, safeguarding worker health and product safety. Additionally, Bounty has pioneered the country’s first complete automated deboning line for chicken breast and thigh cuts.
Our connected footprint spans grain trading via the Subic Grain Terminal, commercial feeds, veterinary health solutions, pet care, culinary solutions, and nationwide retail. With over 2,200 retail stores across leading takeaway brands such as Chooks-to-Go and Uling Roasters, alongside strategic international operations in New Zealand and Indonesia, Bounty captures efficiency at scale while shaping how food is grown, processed, and experienced.
